KU med memo - H1N1

KU med school has already given accepted students an email account (mine is forwarded to my gmail) and is sending out all the campus announcements. The latest:

Subject: H1N1 Update

Several individuals have asked about commencement activities in the wake of the H1N1 flu outbreak. At this time, all activities associated with the 2009 Commencement will proceed as scheduled. However, the administration continues to closely monitor the status of the H1N1 flu outbreak and will provide updated information as necessary.

Honestly, these people are graduating from medical school and are entering their residencies. And they are concerned about a currently extremely mild pandemic effecting their graduation activities.

And I'm already complaining about med school before it even starts...
